To enable and share a Rental Beast Quick Apply Link in your Applications tab, complete the following steps:
- Log into the Rental Beast broker portal.
- Click the "Applications" tab.
- Find the desired listing and set the "Apply Now" toggle to "Yes" in the "Enabled" column.
- Check the checkbox in the popup to confirm you want to use Apply Now.
- Two additional checkbox fields will appear in the popup. Select the appropriate checkbox to confirm who will review the application and screening report(s).
- Click "Save" and then "Ok" to complete the process to enable Apply Now.
- The “Quick Apply Link” will appear in the “Shareable Link” column.
- Copy and share your link!
If you've previously opted all of your listings out of Apply Now or just for the specific listing, enabling Apply Now in the "Applications" tab will change the application process/method for the specific listing.

- Log into the Rental Beast broker portal.
- Click the “My Listings” tab.
- Find the desired listing and click any of the four "Add/Edit" buttons with the “Pencil” icons to edit the application settings.
- Navigate to the “Application” tab.
- Select the checkbox for “Use Apply Now“ and select who will review the application.
- Click “Save and Continue” to update the application settings.
- To find the shareable Quick Apply Link, click the "MyLisings" tab and click on the listing to expand the listing details.
- The “Quick Apply Link” will be in the “Application” section and under the field “Apply Now Quick Link”
