How to Enable and Share a Quick Apply Link

This article will teach you the two ways to enable and share a Rental Beast Quick Apply Link for your listing(s).

How to Enable and Share a Rental Beast Quick Apply Link in Your Applications Tab

To enable and share a Rental Beast Quick Apply Link in your Applications tab, complete the following steps:

  1. Log into the Rental Beast broker portal.
  2. Click the "Applications" tab.
  3. Find the desired listing and set the "Apply Now" toggle to "Yes" in the "Enabled" column.

  4. Check the checkbox in the popup to confirm you want to use Apply Now. 
  5. Two additional checkbox fields will appear in the popup. Select the appropriate checkbox to confirm who will review the application and screening report(s).

  6. Click "Save" and then "Ok" to complete the process to enable Apply Now.
  7. The “Quick Apply Link” will appear in the “Shareable Link” column.

  8. Copy and share your link!

If you've previously opted all of your listings out of Apply Now or just for the specific listing, enabling Apply Now in the "Applications" tab will change the application process/method for the specific listing. 

How to Enable and Share a Rental Beast Quick Apply Link in Your My Listings Tab

To enable and share a Rental Beast Quick Apply Link in your My Listings tab, complete the following steps:

  1. Log into the Rental Beast broker portal.
  2. Click the “My Listings” tab.

  4. Navigate to the “Application” tab.
  5. Select the checkbox for “Use Apply Now“ and select who will review the application.

  6. Click “Save and Continue” to update the application settings.
  7. To find the shareable Quick Apply Link, click the "MyLisings" tab and click on the listing to expand the listing details. 
  8. The “Quick Apply Link” will be in the “Application” section and under the field “Apply Now Quick Link”

How does the Quick Apply Link work?

The “Quick Apply Link” process has three main steps: 

  1. Invite applicants to apply: Copy and share your Quick Apply Link with an interested applicant. The applicant can then start filling out the application, which is mobile-friendly!

What’s included in a Tenant Screening Report?

Landlords or designated reviewers can view the entire rental application, including income, employment, and residential history. This includes:

  • Credit Report: This is a complete overview of an applicant’s credit history, court case disputes, collections, and more. The entire report is in an easy-to-read format for review.

  • Eviction Report: Where available, the results come from one of the largest eviction databases subject to the FCRA. It has over 16 million eviction records covering all 50 states and Washington, D.C.

Can you opt a listing out of using Apply Now?
