How to View Search Results

This article teaches users how to filter search results and change the viewing format. 

How to View All Listings from a Search

To view all listings populated in search results, complete the following steps:

  1. Click on the “Search” tab. 
  2. Click “Clear” to remove any previous criteria.
  3. Add any filters you want and click the “Search” button. 
  4. The search results will include all listings that match the search criteria. 
  5. Within the search results window, click the “All” tab. This will show all listings in the search results.

How to View Only MLS Member Listings from a Search

To view only MLS Member listings from search results, complete the following steps:

  1. Click on the “Search” tab. 
  2. Click “Clear” to remove any previous criteria.
  3. Add any filters you want and click the “Search” button. 
  4. The search results will include all listings that match the search criteria. 
  5. Within your search results window, click the “MLS© or ML” Tab. This will show only MLS listings in the search results.

  6. Under this tab, you will notice a number indicating how many MLS listings are available within your search results. 

How to View Only Rental Beast Listings from a Search

To view only Rental Beast listings from search results, complete the following steps:

  1. Click on the “Search” tab. 
  2. Click “Clear” to remove any previous criteria.
  3. Add any filters you want and click the “Search” button. 
  4. The search results will include all listings that match the search criteria.
  5. Within your search results window, click the “Rental Beast” tab. This will show only Rental Beast listings in the search results.

  6. Under this tab, you will notice a number indicating how many “Rental Beast” listings are available within your search results. 

Listings under the “Rental Beast” tab are owner-sourced or “For-Rent-by-Owner” and any unclaimed Property Management Software listings. Once a listing is claimed, it will only show under the “MLS© or ML” tab. To claim a listing, refer to this help article.

How to View Results in List View

To view search results in list view, complete the following steps:

  1. Click on the “Search” tab.
  2. Click “Clear” to remove any previous criteria.
  3. Add any filters you want and click the “Search” button. 
  4. Search results default to appear in “List View” and include ten rows per page.

  5. To see the listing details for a specific listing, click directly on the listing tile. 

How to View Results in Tile View

To view search results in tile view, complete the following steps:

  1. Click on the “Search” tab.
  2. Click “Clear” to remove any previous criteria.
  3. Add any filters you want and click the “Search” button. 
  4. Search results will default to appear in “List View”. Click the “Tile” button to switch the view.

  5. You will now see your results in blocks that show the primary photo and basic listing information.
  6. To return to ”List View”, click the “List” button.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you increase the amount of listings shown on a page?

Yes. To change the number of rows per page, click the box displaying the number “10” and select the desired number of listings per page. 

Can you view multiple listings at the same property address?

Yes. Click on the listing to expand the details and see all available listings. 

Can you send an email listing(s) to a client?

Yes. You can send an individual listing or multiple listings. For more information on emailing listings to a client, refer to this help article.

Can you claim a listing in the search results?

Yes. You can claim a listing when viewing search results in list view. For more information on claiming listings, refer to this help article.

Can you share an owner-sourced FRBO listing on social media?

Yes. However, this is only available for Rental Beast Pro users. You can share a listing on Facebook, Twitter, or Craigslist directly from the listing. For more information on sharing listings on social media, refer to this help article.
