Frequently Asked Questions:
Can you filter search results by listing type?
Yes. You can filter to view only MLS member listings or Rental Beast listings. To learn more, refer to this help article.
What is the difference between MLS member listings and Rental Beast listings?
Under the “Rental Beast” tab, listings consist of owner-sourced or “For-Rent-by-Owner” listings and any unclaimed Property Management Software listings. Once a listing is claimed, it will only show under the “MLS© or ML” tab. MLS member listings are listings that have syndicated into Rental Beast from the MLS or have been claimed by a verified property contact.
Can you adjust how to view search results?
Yes. Your results will default to the “List” view with ten rows per page. To switch from the “List” or “Tile” view, refer to this help article.
