- To enable the feature, switch the "Lead Intake" toggle from "Off" to "On".
- As desired, set custom filters for the following options:
- Minimum Rent
- Max days until lead wants to move in
- Preferred Zip Codes
- Contact Information
- Excluded Sources

- Click the "Save Changes" button to save the settings and filters.
How to Receive Lead Notifications through Text Message
You can receive Rental Beast lead alerts via text. When you receive a lead on FRBO listings, you have a ten-minute window to accept it. Text notifications help ensure you don't miss lead notifications when you receive a lead that matches your requirements.
To receive lead notifications through text message, complete the following steps:
- Click on "Settings" in your Rental Beast Portal.
- Click on the "Lead Management" tab.
- To enable text notifications, next to the "Receive leads notifications via text message", click the slider from "No" to "Yes".
- Type your preferred contact number into the "Mobile Phone" field.
- To enable a confirmation email, next to the text "Receive a confirmation email upon accepting a lead", click the slider from "No" to "Yes".
- To automatically send a "Client Questionnaire", next to the text "Automatically send 'client questionnaire email' when lead is accepted", click the slider from "No" to "Yes".
- To add additional email addresses CC'd on the "Accepted Lead Email Notification", click the "Add Email" button. You can add teammates or other associated emails that you want to receive an email confirmation after accepting a lead.
- Click the "Save Changes" button to save your settings.

Every lead is one more contact you didn't have before. We recommend utilizing filters selectively and inputting at least 15 zip codes (depending on your market). The filters are based on the listing the lead expresses interest in. This info only gives you a snapshot of who the lead is, so using too many or very selective filters might cause you to miss out on a lead with a much higher budget than the listing they express interest in.
Can I receive renter leads on my exclusive listings that only meet my lead filters?
