How to Enable and Customize an Automatic Lead Response Welcome Email

This article shows Rental Beast Pro Users how to enable and customize an automated welcome email for newly accepted leads.

‍To enable and customize an automize lead response welcome email, complete the following steps:‍

  1. Click on “Settings” in your Rental Beast Portal. 
  2. Click the “Lead Management” tab.
  3. Click the “Lead Intake Configuration” hyperlink.

  4. Check the checkbox named “Welcome email to lead".
  5. Type in how quickly you want the email sent and select from the dropdown to switch from minutes to hours. The minimum response time you can enter is one minute. 
  6. Click the “Advanced Settings” button to access the welcome email.

  7. Click the “Set Custom Content” hyperlink to customize the welcome email.

  8. To insert dynamic tags into your email, click the “Dynamic Tag” box and select the tags to place within your email. The information inside of these tags will be auto-filled with information pulled from your Rental Beast account.

  9. Click the “Save Changes” button to save the changes to your welcome email and settings.
