How to Add a Renter as a Client
You can add a renter as a client in two ways: “Quick Add” or with the “+New Client” button.
How to Add a Client Using “Quick Add”
To add a client with "Quick Add", complete the following steps:
- Access the Rental Beast Main Dashboard and click the “Clients” tab.
- In the “Quick Add” box select “Renter” as the “Client Type”.
- Type in the required information and select the appropriate “Status” from the drop-down menu.
- Click “Add” to complete the process.
How to Add a Renter Client with the “+New Client” Button
To add a client with the "+New Client" button, complete the following steps:
- Access the Rental Beast Main Dashboard and click the “Clients” tab.
- Click the “+New Client” button.
- Add the required information and complete any optional fields.
- Click “Save” to submit the contact information to Rental Beast.
- Click “OK” on the popup that confirms the contact was added.
How to Edit A Client’s Information
To edit a client’s information, complete the following steps:
- Go to the “Clients” tab
- Locate the client you want to edit and click on their name.
- Click the “Edit Client” button and update the desired information.
- Click “Save Changes” to submit the updated information.
- Click “OK” on the popup that confirms the contact information was updated.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change the page's viewable contacts to more than 10?
Yes. You can adjust the number of viewable contacts in the “Rows per page” drop-down field. Click the “10 and the downward arrow” button to expand the drop-down menu and select 25, 50, or 100 contacts per page.
Are leads received by Rental Beast added to my “Clients” tab?
Yes. Rental Beast Pro members who receive and accept a lead through Rental Beast will see the lead’s information automatically added to their “Clients” tab.
