How to Add a Landlord as a Client
You can add a landlord as a client in two ways: “Quick Add” or with the “+New Client” button.
To add a client with “Quick Add”, complete the following steps:
- Access the Rental Beast Main Dashboard and click the “Clients” tab.
- In the “Quick Add” box, select “Landlord” as the “Client Type”.
- Type in the required information and select the appropriate “Status” from the drop-down menu.
- Click “Add” to complete the process.
To add a client with the “+New Client” button, complete the following steps:
- Access the Rental Beast Main Dashboard and click the “Clients” tab.
- Click on the “Landlord Clients List” tab.
- Click the “+New Client” button.
- Type in the required information and click “Save”.
- Click “OK” on the popup that confirms the contact was added.
How to Edit A Landlord’s Information
To edit a landlord’s information, complete the following steps:
- Go to the “Clients” tab
- Click on “Landlord Clients List”.
- Locate the landlord you want to edit and click on their name.
- Click the “Edit Client” button and update the desired information.
- Click “Save Changes” to submit the updated information.
- Click “OK” on the popup that confirms the contact information was updated.
How to Add a Property Card
Property cards allow you to keep information on properties a landlord client owns. This will help you monitor upcoming leases and record any specific property notes.
To add a property card, complete the following steps:
- Access the Rental Beast Main Dashboard and click the “Clients” tab.
- Click on the “Landlord Clients List” tab
- Select the desired landlord client.
- Click the “+Add a Property Card” button.
- Enter property information and click “Submit” to add the property to a landlord client.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change the page’s viewable contacts to more than 10?
Yes. You can adjust the number of viewable contacts in the “Rows per page” drop-down field. Click the “10 and the downward arrow” button to expand the drop-down menu and select 25, 50, or 100 contacts per page.
