Dr. Shenetta Malkia-Sapp is the CEO of The PMs of the City Realty and The PMs of the City LLC, a full-service property management, asset management and consulting firm specializing in residential management. She has over 20 years of extensive experience in the property management and real estate industry.
Dr. Malkia-Sapp is also a nationally certified affordable housing property manager with an SHCM® designation and a proud member of NARPM®. She holds a Broker’s license in Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia, and Georgia, and is a licensed Property Manager in the the District of Columbia.
