This article teaches users how to add additional email addresses for AutoMatch to use when trying to match PM software syndicated listings to a Rental Beast account.
To add additional emails for AutoMatch to match with listings, complete the following steps:
- Click on “Settings”.
- Click on the “Claim Listings” tab.
- In the “Email” fields, type in the email address you want to add. You can add up to five additional emails.
- Click the “Save Changes” button to update the settings.
- A popup will appear, prompting you to verify the newly added email address. Click “OK” to close the popup.
- Check your email for a confirmation email and click the “Verify Your Email Address” button.
- A new browser window will open to confirm the email address was verified.
Listings that are not verified will say “Pending” in the “Email” field. The tag will change once an email address is verified and say “Verified”. If you need to resend a confirmation email, click the “Resend Verification” hyperlink.
AutoMatch will work best for users whose Rental Beast profile contact information is identical to the information used in their PM software. If you have multiple users with the same information, AutoMatch will not work. To learn more about AutoMatch, refer to this help article.
